Working-In While On Vacation

Top of the morning to you. Below is a short video of me working-in on my vacation to Washington and Oregon last week. I made a conscious effort to take a break from working-out and let me body rest and repair for 8 days. During the week I went on slow walks, yoga, stretching, breathing exercises, and went on a very easy slow hike to Wachala Falls. This allowed me to cultivate more energy then I expended. Working-in can improve sleep, energy levels, blood pressure, heart rate, mood, and digestion. Here at Dunamis Fitness exercise is one tool I use to get you back to optimal health and vitality.
