Time To Move People

Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010

Did you know that lack of movement can lead to chronic aches and pains. Lack of movement starves the muscles and joints for water, nutrition, and oxygen. It also leads to waste generated by those tissues is not removed very effectively. This makes it difficult for the tissues to repair themselves from the wear and tear of daily living. Over time the body begins to suffer from a chronic low-grade inflammatory processes in the areas needing movement and nutrition. One of the biggest issues I deal with in my practice is constipation. Movement helps to pump nutrients to every part of the body, but it also helps to pump the waste out as well. Get moving today! If you need help with an exercise program please call or email for a free consultation.
