Sixty Seven and out working the twenty year olds.
Going back into the work force as a senior citizen was daunting
enough, how to compete both mentally and physically with the
youngsters-what a scary thought.
Changing your outlook of food and life at this age-who would have
thought.
Thanks to the young man who dared to tell one and all and me that
organic food is actually good and helps you mentally and physically, I
changed. I now crave spinach instead of chocolate. When that happened I looked around and asked myself does it show. Actually it does going from a size 20 to size 10 can you believe it? He told me don’t weigh yourself but go with how you feel. How about that. It took a year, it took retraining, but I didn’t even have to go to a gym.
For all of you “oldies”-blood pressure down-cholesterol level best
in 20 years- energy level extremely high-mental alertness has
returned-bone density better then ever-weight back to 40 years ago. I
would have been very happy to achieve just one of these goals, to have
it all is fantastic. Now if he can help me on the computer look out world.
I now spend only one day in the kitchen fixing and planning my
meals, then freezing them. I have not given up anything but have gained
everything. If this sounds too good to be true just look in my mirror.
Look out Dr. Oz you have competition.

My personal testimony – Can I get a witness?
Have you ever stopped to look at an earlier photograph of yourself and say, “Okay, yeah, that looks like me.” Then a year or two later take another look at yourself and wonder, “What happened to me? What have I done to myself?” Well, that was exactly the way it happened to me. I looked at a photo of myself and compared it to a current one and I thought I had swallowed two chipmunks and hid them in my cheeks. I’m talking about my mouth, of course.
That was a turning point for me. I made the decision at that moment to do something about me. That was about four months ago and the results I’ve experienced are obvious.
Visibly, I got rid of the chipmunk cheeks. I’ve gone from 220 pounds to 185 pounds. I have more endurance, more energy and an enhanced sense of vitality and alertness. ( Why, as a matter of fact, I feel like my mind is one mass of kinetic energy. )I can breathe again. I no longer use my inhaler and my blood pressure has been stable for the last three months.
When I first started out with my new eating plan, I was a mixed type eater, fifty per cent protein and fifty per cent carbohydrates. After re-evaluating myself, I am now a protein type eater. Either way, I still stick to my eating plan and I still feel physically, mentally and emotionally charged. I call this my eating plan because it really isn’t a diet where you have to go without any essential foods. If you’re looking for a real change, make a decision and improve your life. Try it! You have everything to gain, mainly getting your life back and the feeling of self-control.
I just turned 57 years old and I feel like I just turned 37. I see food and my eating choices are from an entirely different perspective now. And, the great thing about this is that I have the opportunity to enhance the lives of others by sharing the good eating plan/s Neal Caldwell has taught me.
Here’s to your good health,

The Testimony of Two Sixty Something’s: Having had two bouts of stomach issues in ’06 and now another 3 weeks on antibiotics recovering from surgery, I was challenged to go on the Dunamis fitness anti-fungal diet regimen and eat for my 50 protein 50 carbo metabolic type. I did not want to do this initially but the minute I said “yes,” my body gave an audible sigh of relief. My husband who is a 60 carb 40 protein metabolic type did the diet with me as he wanted to lose a few pounds. Neither of us could imagine eating veal or lamb or even ground meat for breakfast. But we did and we are and we love it. I felt better even the next day getting a good amount of protein into my body. I have a diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis so I know I am doing such a good thing for my body eating for my metabolic type and eating as much organically as possible too. We stayed on the anti-fungal diet for five weeks and my husband lost 12 pounds and my stomach is working normally and we are both feeling good. My husband even kept the weight off during the holidays. My dad, who was before his time nutritionally, used to say “why should we eat out when we have such good food at home” and that’s what we say now too. We highly recommend this way of life.
