$500.00 includes a full nutrition plan specifically for your unique needs, food menus, recipes, and snack suggestions to follow, and “3″-1 hour consultations. We will also cover hydration, sleep, stress, digestive health, supplements, and exercise.

Single payment of $500.00

Two payment installments of $250.00
$250.00 USD for each 30 days, for 2 installments.

Each additional consultation will be $125.00 an hour.

I see a typical client 3-5 times or as needed as time goes on.

Group Rate
In my experience with clients over the years, doing the Dunamis Method program with a group of 2-5 people can greatly increase results, accountability, and follow through. Working in a group gives you the ability to support each other as you go through each step of the program. Encouragement goes a long way in your health journey. Please contact me for pricing.

There are 3 ways we can meet for a consultation
•You can come to my office in Mission Viejo.

•I can make a personal house call for your convenience.

•We can have a phone consultation/webinar using webex. This feature allows you to stay in the comfort of your home and share my desktop(me from my office computer, and you from your computer at home) to go over lab tests, nutritional recommendations, lifestyle changes, power point presentations and much more. All you need is a personal computer and phone. I do consultations across the nation.

Lab testing and supplement protocols are a separate fee.

Payment is due upfront prior to your first consultation.
