Mineral Needs

Did you know that calcium is the most abundant mineral in the human body. Of the 2 or 3 pounds of calcium contained in the average body, 99% is located in the bones and teeth. Calcium is needed to form bones and teeth is also required for blood clotting, transmission of signals in nerve cells, and muscle contraction. The importance of calcium for preventing osteoporosis is probably its most well known role.

Do not get me started on the dangers of drinking ultra pasteurized milk or pasteurized milk along with homogenized, conventional milk that is full or steroids, hormones, antibiotics, and has damaged nutrients and fats. Got milk? No thanks. Here at Dunamis Fitness we drink raw milk from Organic Pastures of Claravale Farms. But as I have said many times it depends on your Metabolic Type and most people have gut issues and have trouble digesting milk which needs to be addressed first.
