In the video I mentioned the 80/20 rule. Follow what I teach you 80% of the time and eat some things not for your type the other 20%. For me I eat organic, grass fed almost 100% of the time but on occasion I like to go out and eat at local restaurants because I still want to be able to go out and enjoy my life. Depending on your unique needs on I do not let you follow the 80/20 rule it could be 90/10 or no “cheating” at all for you to be able to get back to robust health. It is very important to me to eat foods that are not filled with chemicals, steroids, hormones etc. but like I just said I am not going to freak out when I do on occasion.
