First Time Here?

My goal is to find the “root cause” of your health issue. Once we find the root cause, it is my hope that your symptoms you are experiencing will go away. If you are dealing with a chronic illness, my goal is to stop, improve, or even reverse the damage done.

Some of the topics that will be covered are fats, proteins, carbohydrates and what foods I recommend for each. We will cover sugar (yes you will be eating sugar), gluten, soy, dairy, gelatin, coconut oil, vegetarianism, digestion, vitamins, minerals, supplements, body temperature, balancing blood sugar, stress, hormones and much more.
