What’s up guys. As many of you know I also teach Physical Education at a middle school and I can’t stress the importance of preparing yourself for success on a daily basis. The last 2 days have been 90 degress+ and I am in the sun and on my feet all day long. For me to be successful at my teaching job and at Dunamis Fitness I must practice what I preach. The last 2 days I got 9 hours of sleep, hydrated all day long with a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt, ate whole foods(organic, grass fed) every 3-4 hours to keep my blood sugar stable and my cells fed right which has sustained me throughout these long days. So if you are ready to step up to the plate and reach the dreams and goals you have for yourself please call or email now and let’s work together to make it happen. To finish off my Friday I will probably do some easy yoga to stretch and strengthen my body to help repair from a long week.

Did you know that we spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping? Did you know that 50 million Americans have trouble sleeping and 80% of us are sleep deprived? Then you go to your doctor and you are prescribed sleeping pills. Then once you wake up need you need another prescription to give you enough energy to get through the day and it becomes a cycle that never ends. Not to mention all of the coffe you drink, and Red Bull’s and 5 Hour Energy shots you take all day long. If you want to break that cycle give me a call or email and we can find the root cause of your issues and work together to get them fixed. I am not even going to mention all of the health issues that develop because of lack of sleep because you are feeling them right now. Let’s do work people!

For many years I ate a S.A.D. and C.R.A.P. diet until one day in 1996 it all finally caught up with me. My health finally started to change for the better when I was introduced to Metabolic Typing. There is no one size fits all food program that is why MT is the best as it tells you exaclty what your unique body chemsitry needs. When you start my program you do not count calories or measure how much of this or how much of that, you eat until your body says it done and then you stop. Every meal could be a different portion size depending on what is going on that day in your life. Read below and if that sounds like you call or email anytime and let’s get you dialed in on a specific food plan just for you. Click here to learn more about Metabolic Typing.

What exactly is the S.A.D. C.R.A.P. diet? Simply put, it stands for:

Standard American Diet, consisting of

•Carbohydrates
•Refined Foods
•Additives
•Preservatives

Did you know that the small intestine is about 25 feet long, each section lined with special receptor sites that absorb particular foods. Most digestion as well as absorption of digested food occurs in the small intestine. The large intestine is about 6 feet long and it’s 4 basic functions are re-absorption of water and electrolytes, formation and storage of feces. With that said if you do not have healthy, well functioning intestines you are going to have symptoms and a variety of different health issues. If you are “farty, gassy, bloatey”, have chronic constipation or diarrhea, have bloating, or tightness or burning in your stomach please call or email now.

One of my favorite things to do is help get your digestive system and GI tract back to working properly. In can change your life once those issues go away. I know we are talking about a sensitive subject but I have been there as well so I know exactly what you are going through. To learn more about the stool tests I offer please click here and scroll down.
