For many years I ate a S.A.D. and C.R.A.P. diet until one day in 1996 it all finally caught up with me. My health finally started to change for the better when I was introduced to Metabolic Typing. There is no one size fits all food program that is why MT is the best as it tells you exaclty what your unique body chemsitry needs. When you start my program you do not count calories or measure how much of this or how much of that, you eat until your body says it done and then you stop. Every meal could be a different portion size depending on what is going on that day in your life. Read below and if that sounds like you call or email anytime and let’s get you dialed in on a specific food plan just for you. Click here to learn more about Metabolic Typing.

What exactly is the S.A.D. C.R.A.P. diet? Simply put, it stands for:

Standard American Diet, consisting of

Carbohydrates
Refined Foods
Additives
