hi neil, i saw in your list of negative effects of sugar that you mentioned it causes food allergies. can you explain this in more detail and where you got the research for this? i ask because food allergies have become a topic of study for me lately. my daughter (17months) has several food and product allergies, and though they obviously aren’t caused by sugar (she was born with them), i find this a very interesting topic, especially considering the rise in food allergies in the last few years. i know sugar causes all kind of other problems, especially in children, but the food allergy connection i have never heard of. thanks for any info you have! christy
